What are the API usage limits?: The default rate limit is 60 requests per minute. This limit is configurable based on your plan. All responses include the X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining headers.
Is an Odoo module immediately available?: Yes. Our Odoo 19 Helpdesk Enterprise module is publicly available on the Odoo Apps Store and installs directly from your Odoo instance: start video sessions from tickets, schedule appointments, automatically archive screenshots and recordings, signed real-time webhooks.
Is SSO included in all plans?: SSO (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) is available from the enterprise plans. Configuration takes less than 30 minutes once the OIDC credentials are provided by your administrator.
